дисконтирование будущих доходов
Один из распространенных методов оценки бизнеса (при использовании доходного подхода к оценке). Все разнообразные способы его применения основываются на математической формуле дисконтирования единицы будущей выгоды к ее текущей (приведенной) оценке (см. Метод дисконтирования денежного потока). Используются также готовые таблицы коэффициентов расчета текущей стоимости (для разных ставок дисконтирования), специальные калькуляторы и стандартные компьютерные программы.
